How do i pick the right package?

Professional Presence covers LinkedIn and your website basics. Brand Library is the full marketing library most business owners choose. What payment methods can I use?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are secure and processed instantly through Stripe.

Do you offer refunds?

No. Every session is custom-produced to your brief, so the work is done as soon as we start generating. Instead of refunds, every order includes one complimentary redo. If your delivered images don't reflect the brief you approved, reply to your delivery email within 7 days and tell us what was missing. Be specific — "the lighting is too warm" or "this doesn't look like me" gives us something to fix. We'll rerun the set at no charge, on the same timeline as your original order.

What counts as a redo vs. a new order?

A redo reruns your original brief. If you want a different concept, wardrobe, a new backdrop, or a change in direction, that's a new order — we're happy to quote it. One redo is included per order, and that's where our guarantee ends. We're upfront about that before you buy.
