Framed by Elevated HQ ("Framed," "we," "us") provides AI-generated brand photography services at framed.elevatedhq.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Framed is operated by Elevated HQ, a Texas-based company.

Information we collect

When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, business details, and the creative brief for your session. To produce your images, you upload photos of yourself ("source photos"). We also collect standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited, and our payment processor collects billing information.

How we use your source photos

Your source photos are used for one purpose: generating the AI brand photography you ordered. We use them to train or condition the generation process for your session only. We do not sell your photos, use them to build general-purpose models, or use your likeness for any other client's work. Source photos and generated outputs may be retained for a limited period after delivery so we can honor our redo guarantee, after which they are deleted from active production systems upon request.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. Stripe's handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Email and marketing

We use your email address to deliver your order, respond to redo requests, and send service updates. If you opt in, we may also send occasional marketing emails; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, and the AI generation infrastructure used to produce your images. These providers are bound to use your information only to provide services to us. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, including your source photos and generated images, by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Deleting your source photos before the redo window closes ends our ability to honor the redo guarantee for that order.

Data security

We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data using reasonable technical and organizational measures.

Children

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be noted on this page.
